1.

3rd reading of an ordinance to amend Manchester Municipal Code Sections 9-403, 9-408 and 9-409 relative to taxicabs.  Sponsored by Alderman Holmes.

2.

2nd reading of an ordinance authorizing contracting with the State of Tennessee for reimbursement of the cost of maintenance of state routes which pass over City streets for the Fiscal Year 2011-2012.  Sponsored by Alderman Norman.

3.

1st reading of an ordinance to ratify the purchase of a specifically-equipped 2011 Chevrolet vehicle based upon pricing negotiated by the State of Tennessee.  Sponsored by Alderman Thomas.  

4.

1st reading of an ordinance to authorize the City of Manchester, Tennessee to enter into a loan agreement to borrow nine hundred forty-three thousand dollars ($943,000) and accept a grant of not to exceed three hundred thirty thousand dollars ($330,000) to construct a water tank and pump station.  Sponsored by Alderman Norman.

1st reading of an ordinance to amend Manchester Municipal Code 14-621 (2)(d)(iii)(A) relative to the expense of photographs and architectural drawings of buildings or structures to be altered or demolished.  Sponsored by Alderman Holmes.

1st reading of an ordinance to amend Manchester Municipal Code 7-503 relative to the amount of the pyrotechnics permit fee.  Sponsored by Alderman Holmes.
